CASTLESIDE GLEN BOY, the new stallion of the Haras

Born in 1998 into the stud of Glengarric owned by the Curran's, Castleside Glen Boy is made by two excellent ponies.
| His father Village Boy is a son of Mervyn Kingsmill, many times first of the stallions at Clifden, has in his pedigree the performers Hilswood Héléna (France) and Abbeyleix Cypress. Village Boy has been Reserve Supreme Champion at the Clifden Show. His mother is one of the greatest mare of the Connemara : Village Grey by Abbeyleix Owen and Village Belle. Village Belle has founded the most important female progeny of the Connemara. | |

Her father is Commanding Hero and her mother Glen Lady 2 owns to the female progeny that has produced many stallions, including the Supreme Champion Ard Conneely and one pony selected for the olympic games for dressage. | |
